How we're responding to the COVID-19 pandemic

The Expedia Group Multifamily Flex team understands the seriousness and impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) on our clients, short-term travelers, residents, and the multifamily industry as a whole. It is of utmost importance to us to do our part to minimize further transmission of the disease while continuing to accommodate travelers.

Our Flex team is taking the following steps to accommodate travelers while maintaining our focus on our clients, their site teams, and their residents:

We are now requiring our cleaning vendors to follow the CDC Cleaning and Disinfection Guidelines whenever they turn Flex Suite apartments. All cleaning vendors already adhere to our comprehensive 68-point task list when cleaning Flex Suite apartments.

In the spirit of good hospitality and the seriousness of this global pandemic, we are refunding or rescheduling all Flex Suite bookings for guests who are adversely impacted by this global health crisis.
